The Barclay Downs sidewalk project has finally started. The $2.5 million dollar project will include new sidewalk, curb and gutter and street trees along the east side of Barclay Downs Dr. from Sayre to Runnymede. This project was funded through the city’s CNIP...SPAN on Facebook
