About Membership

SPAN is a 501(c)(4) organization representing residents’ interests throughout the SouthPark area. Membership is open to any homeowner, neighborhood, civic, condominium, and townhome associations located within the SouthPark area (see map).

Each member organization may appoint a primary representative and an alternate to serve as its liaison to SPAN. Representatives do not need to be members of their association’s Board of Directors; however, they play an important role in sharing information between SPAN and their neighborhood, keeping residents informed about issues, projects, and opportunities affecting the community.

Annual membership dues are $100 and are payable each February.

If your neighborhood does not have a formal association, we encourage you to contact us so that we can ensure that your neighborhood has a voice in discussions affecting the SouthPark area.
